On-Site Equipment Commissioning Services
- Once our products are delivered, Xinran is committed to supporting our clients every step of the way. At the customer's request, we promptly dispatch experienced technicians to the site for startup commissioning. Our team takes full responsibility for resolving any issues encountered during installation, commissioning, and trial operations.
- Upon the arrival at the client's site, Xinran designates dedicated personnel to work closely with the client. Our services include expediting equipment delivery, conducting unboxing inspections, addressing any quality issues, guiding installation and commissioning, and participating in trial runs and performance acceptance tests.
- After the unboxing and positioning the equipment, installing the pipeline systems, and preparing the power supply to set the stage for commissioning, clients are expected to notify us 2-3 days in advance to schedule commissioning, allowing us to dispatch our staff to the site (note: the client covers the travel expenses of installation and maintenance personnel).
- Upon arrival at the site, our service personnel perform a comprehensive pre-startup inspection of the equipment. This ensures everything is in optimal condition before beginning the commissioning process.
- Clients are encouraged to participate in the installation, commissioning, and acceptance process. This involvement is crucial for learning about the equipment and ensuring smooth operation. The commissioning process is conducted by our service personnel who are fully responsible for the safe operation of the equipment during this phase.
- After the equipment is operational and functioning normally, representatives from both sides will sign off on the commissioning acceptance and warranty documentation, marking the successful completion of the service.
