High Efficiency Air Filter
Air filter, a device to remove solid particulates including dust, pollen, and bacteria from the air. High efficiency air filters are widely used in a variety of fields and applications to improve the quality of air. For instance, the high efficiency air filters have found applications in building ventilation systems, engines of aircrafts and some factories etc.
Basically, the high efficiency air filters are provided with precise filter elements which can purify the air as required. Some special-use high efficiency air filters are designed with special filter elements which are made with different materials. For example, high efficiency air filters for buildings and aircrafts, etc, are usually equipped with foam, pleated paper or spun fiberglass filter elements. With regard to air filters for internal combustion engines and compressors, we usually use either paper, foam, or cotton filter elements, etc.
- Piston-type filter element is sealed with shell to prevent unfiltered air from bypassing filters.
- Anti-corrosion filter-element.
a) Stainless element has good structural performance and low air-flow resistance.
b) Seam welding technology is applied to improve its strength. - New matrix mixed fiber media
a) Enlarged effective area helps improve filtering efficiency, thus improving the working efficiency of our air filters.
b) Big open area can reduce drop of pressure. - Filmed and closed foam sleeve.
a) Anti chemical corrosion and anti-oil corrosion types can be available.
b) Coalesced liquid can be prevented from inflowing to ensure high filtering efficiency.
The chemical resistant end cover is bonded to media by special glue. Our high efficiency air filters are silicon-resin free and can work properly under 66℃.
Note: The air filter efficiency is based on ADF400 of CAGI standard, at a 38℃ inlet flow temperature.
Grade 9
Grade 9 high efficiency air filters are suitable for removing liquid and condensate substances at 3μm. (5ppm, w/w Max remained oil content)
- Double-stage filtering
- First stage, two stainless orifice pipes can separate materials at 10 microns.
- Second stage, deep media of fiber can remove solid and liquid particles at 3 microns
Grade 7
This type high efficiency air filter is used to remove liquid water and oil, and solid particles at 1 micron can also be removed (1.0ppm, w/w max remained oil content)
- Both inside and outside filter elements are corrosion resistant.
- Double-stage filtering
(1) First stage, mixed fiber media and mesh media can remove most particles
(2) Second stage, mixed media of multilayer bonded epoxy can remove oil mist and solid particles
Grade 5
Grade 5 high efficiency air filters can be used to remove water-mist and oil-mist, and solid particles at 0.01 microns can be removed (0.01ppm w/w max remained oil content)
- Both inside and outside filter elements are corrosion resistant.
- Double-stage filtering
(1) First stage, multilayer media of fiber and mesh can remove most particles
(2) Second stage, mixed media of multilayer bonded epoxy can remove the smaller condensation
- Outside filmed and closed foam sleeve
Grade 3
Grade 3 high efficiency air filters are used to condense the smaller water mist and oil mist, and particles at 0.01microns can be removed too (0.001ppm w/w max remained oil content)
- Both inside and outside filter elements are corrosion resistant.
- Double-stage filtering
(1) First stage, filmed and closed foam sleeve can remove and pre-disperse air-flow
(2) Second stage, mixed media of multilayer bonded epoxy can remove the smaller condensation
- Outside filmed and closed foam sleeve
Grade 1
This kind of high efficiency air filters can be used to remove oil vapor and hydrocarbon, and solid particles at 0.01 microns can be removed (0.003ppm w/w max remained oil content)
- Both inside and outside filter elements are corrosion resistant.
- Double-stage filtering
(1) First stage, a layer of fine active carbon powder can remove most of oil vapors
(2) Second stage, multilayer fiber media bonded with micro-fine active carbon powder can remove remained oil vapors - Multilayer fine media can effectively prevent pollutant from moving
- Outside-filmed and closed type foam sleeve can prevent pollutant from moving
- Operation life can be 1000 hours at rated conditions

How to achieve the maximum capacity when the working pressure isn't 0.7Mpa? Firstly, find out the capacity from the above form, and then multiply the number by the corresponding modified coefficient of minimum inlet pressure.
Never choose air filters in accordance with pipe size. We should choose filters in line with capacity and running pressure.
